About

Christina Lynn has a long history of physical activity and mindful movement. As a former competitive gymnast, she always loved the feeling of connection, presence, and strength that the practice gave her. She attended ASU, where she completed a BS in Kinesiology and taught general fitness overseas for a few years. Upon returning to the US, she discovered Reformer Pilates, which she taught for over a decade.

​

Yoga became her daily practice amid multiple life changes, leaving her feeling fresh, steady, and positive. A practitioner since 2016, she completed her 200-hour training through Sumits in 2019, followed by her 300-hour training at Modern Yoga in 2022. She is deeply grateful for the ways yoga has transformed her from the inside out and loves watching her students discover their potential for transformation as well.

Group Yoga Classes

Her sequencing is creative, technical, and challenging, yet nurturing and empowering. She values safety, efficiency, and space for personal discovery in her classes. She believes a calm, present mind, a playful and grateful attitude, and an able, strong, yet supple body and mind are the keys to a happy life, cultivated through yoga practice.

Christina is also a Registered Dietitian, an avid foodie, a travel enthusiast, a mom to two beautiful daughters, and a lifelong student, continuously deepening her awareness of various yoga modalities and other body-mind practices.

 

Her favorite yoga practices are Vinyasa, Yin, and meditative sound immersive experiences, with her favorite poses being Reclined Bound Angle and any variation of side plank.

Yoga is the dance of every cell with the music of every breath that creates inner serenity & harmony.
